PRICES:

All prices are F.O.B. St. George, Utah. All prices are accurate at time of posting and are subject to change without notice. All information contained on this web site is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate.

PAYMENT:

All major credit cards are accepted.

SHIPPING:

All orders are processed as soon as possible (generally within 24 hours) after receipt of payment. Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) will not be processed until Monday. We ship via UPS unless otherwise specified. All shipping and handling charges are at the customer’s expense.

RETURNS:

No merchandise may be returned without a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) from Performance Diesel Inc. All shipments approved for return must be prepaid, insured, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. A 15% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise ordered in error or returned opened. A 20% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise not returned in original resalable condition, including manufacturer’s original packaging and paperwork. All shipping and handling charges are at the customer’s expense.     

CLAIMS:

Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery from PDI to the common carrier (i.e. UPS). Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier and all claims of damage should be made with the carrier immediately.

Performance Diesel Inc. reserves the right to make changes in materials and specifications or to make product changes without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products previously manufactured.
