Designed to work with Caterpillar's E-Model and C-15 Engines, Performance Diesel Inc designed our new manifolds to increase the strength and reliability to help reduce or eliminate possible weakness found in a standard OEM Exhaust Manifold.
Forged from High Molysiliconductile material, the same material used to cast turbo housings. Allowing both the manifold and turbo housing to cool at similar rates, helping reduce the risk of warping and cracking to the manifold in key locations. Each manifold is designed with a ball seal at each joint
eliminating exhaust leaks, while allowing the metal to expand as the manifold heats up. With an increase in airflow and a decrease in exhaust gas temperatures the overall performance of your truck will be improved, showing more horsepower and torque.
Also as an added benefit each manifold includes high quality studs, to provide additional strength and reliability. This will dramatically reduce the possibility of breaking turbo bolts during high heat situations.
