Increase the capacity and driving range on your GM pickup with a larger replacement fuel tank. A 45 gallon replacement fuel tank is available for 2500 HD and 3500 HD crew cab and extended cab pickups with 6 1/2 foot beds. A 56 gallon fuel tank is available for 2500 HD and 3500 HD crew cab and extended cab pickups with eight foot beds.
The fuel tank systems come with all parts needed for installation, including straps and mounting hardware. The fuel tanks are made from 12 and 14-gauge aluminized steel for superior rust resistance and strength. Each fuel tank is baffled to reduce fuel sloshing, and is powdercoated black for a durable finish.

Please see the available model years listed below! GM Midship Replacement Tanks are available for 2500 and 3500 series GM pickups only. The tanks will not fit on the 1500 series due to low clearance.
On 2004 GM diesel pickups, you must provide your vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) prior to ordering a replacement fuel tank system. ALSO - on 2004 GM diesel pickups, check the vehicle's VIN. Your vehicle has an LB7 engine if there is a "1" in the eighth digit of the VIN number. Your pickup has an LLY engine if there is a "2" in the eighth digit of the VIN number. Please indicate your GM pickup's engine type when ordering for the 2004 model year.
