TRANSFER FLOW
Transfer Flow has introduced larger replacement fuel tank systems for 1987-2006 Ford pickups. For 1987-1997 Ford Pickups with 8 ft. beds (except standard cab 4x4s), Transfer Flow manufactures a 40 gallon tank to replace the stock 19 gallon fuel tank. For 1999-2006 diesel crew cab and extended cab pickups a 46 gallon replacement fuel tank is available for 6.5 ft. beds, while a 57 gallon tank is available for these pickups with 8 ft. beds.

The replacement fuel tank systems come with all the parts needed for installation, including straps and mounting hardware, except for 1994-2001 diesel pickups.
NOTE: A Fuel Line Release Tool is needed for all 1994-2001 diesel pickups. Please order the Fuel Line Release Tool below if your pickup falls into this time frame.
The stock in-tank sending unit is reused with each Transfer Flow fuel tank system. The fuel tanks are made from 12 and 14-gauge aluminized steel for superior rust resistance and strength, and are powdercoated black for the ultimate in durable finishes.
