BD Super Max Turbo
BD`s Super Max Turbo for the 2001-04 LB7 Duramax is manufactured by BorgWarner/ Schwitzer exclusively for us and according to our engineering specifications. The Super Max Turbo kit has been developed for engines producing up to 550 HP while reducing exhaust temperature, exhaust emissions and improves fuel efficiency.

The compressor map reveals that BD's compressor wheel has a much broader map which supplies more air over a larger RPM band. The dynamics of our extended tip compressor wheel at high speed and with its low inertia allow for rapid spool up. These units come with a 1-year warranty and are rebuildable.

The Super Max Turbo kit comes complete with new exhaust down pipe, oil drain tube, hoses and gaskets. It bolts in place of the stock turbocharger in just over a days worth of work. The Super Max Turbo is great for horsepower modified trucks towing heavy loads or for ensuring that you have the best engineered and fastest diesel truck on the street or at the track.
