Cummins Diesel 5.9L

aFe offers two types of high performance intake systems for the diesel engine. These include the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Intake Systems. The Stage 1 Intake System includes an aFe high performance air filter and an air box. The Stage 2 Intake System includes an aFe high performance air filter, an air box, and a high performance intake tube.

STAGE 1

Wrap-around heat shield blocks engine heat and utilizes the factory cold air supply.

Snap-in style installs in minutes on the base of the OE air box.
Open style bolts to OE air box mounting points and seals against hood.
Covered style provides custom appearance while blocking engine heat and directing extra cold air to filter.
Diesel applications available with Pro-GUARD 7.

STAGE 2

The ultimate power gain comes from aFe's integration of 360 degree radial flow filter, aerodynamically efficient filter/tube transition and high flow tube from air box to throttle body. Air box styles are optimized for each application to block heat and maximize cold air flow.

Tubes increase flow while maintaining velocity critical to throttle response and MAF sensor operationi.
